Unable to run project in android studio

I have searched all stackoverflow and github and applied the solutions for this problem but nothing seems to work.

When I run flutter pub get it throws an error show in image below

I have tried updating the sdk version in pubsec.yaml to min of 2.12.0 but it doesn't seem to work. Would be great if somebody can help

Currently it will only run with flutter 3.7, the codebase needs migrated to null safety to run a newer sdk
