Biometric authentication method not working (iPhone 6, iOS 12.5.5)

Hello,

Since I've been using the app (currently on the last version), I've never managed to get the biometric authentication method working on my iPhone 6 (iOS 12.5.5), despite the option being enabled in the app settings. Indeed, the Touch ID prompt never show up when opening the app, and I'm always invited to enter my password instead.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much for your time and work.

  • Update 04/26/2022 The Touch ID prompt seems to only show up when accessing the Backup Secret Phrase section.
