Xiaomi MIUI update breaks natrium app

The latest MIUI update from Xiaomi seems to have broken the Natrium app. The app only displays a blank screen when launched.

I am using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. A friend of mine has the same phone and is experiencing the same issue since the update.

Have you tried going into settings and clearing app data+cache? It will wipe your seed, but not a big deal if you have it backed up.
