.NET: mention NativeAOT-LLVM

The current C# / .NET options are largely limited to Blazor and variants thereof (e.g. a runtime targeting WASM that executes .NET CIL); NativeAOT-LLVM looks to be a promising alternative that compiles directly to WASM, removing the overhead of another executor. Think it's worth including here.
