Both Starter and Master are Broken

I am running Xcode 10.3 on Mojave 10.14.6 and neither the starter or final projects work correctly. The layout is off and the animations are broken.

this is due to static cell size in the collection cell:

static let cellSize = CGSize(width: 250, height: 350)
