As of 11 October, all that's served by that page is an old-style HTML 4.0 Transitional DTD declaration. The lights are on, but nobody's home. 😦

I actually think we ever wrote docs for Tyrant -it's one of our many ideas (see Formular) that works great but lacks someone to "manage" it.
