Report generation not working

Describe the problem/bug Sometimes the report generation doesn't work, the loading symbol just stays on. Also, if you generate report for one month and then click on the next month, a report will be downloaded that has the data from the previously selected month, but is labeled like the newly selected month.

Your environment

• Version of ThunderHub: 0.13.29
• Deployment method: Docker

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to report
2. Click on 'generate'
3. Click on next month

same here. spins for awhile then stops. all looks ok in logs, as if creating the reports. looked a bit on the file system to see if it stored them somewhere but coukd not find anything.
