Feature Request: Ability to tag/label/group channels in channels view and sort or filter table by tag

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In addition to automated fee tools, I have many channels that are PeerSwap enabled. I often want to view the status of these channels to see if the rates can be manually lowered to encourage more routing. Currently, I have to refer to another tool to get the list of my PeerSwap partners and manually hunt through the UI to see their status.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great for this use-case and others if the Tunderhub Channels table provided a tagging system to add arbitrary tags/labels/groupings to channels that could then be used to filter or sort the visible items in the channels table. With this system, one could easily group things like PeerSwappers, Sinks, Magma Order, Friends, My Nodes, etc and keep better track of channels by different characteristics.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently, the only solution is to maintain manually edited lists outside of Tunderhub and reference them in the list, which is cumbersome and time consuming.
