[Feature request] WatchTower monitor

Description

A simple widget that can show the WatchTower sync status, WT server nodeID and maybe a way to switch between many other WT servers, in case that one is offline/not syncing.

Proposed solution

In general TH settings a section where user can set specific nodeID/URI for a WT server. If is possible also for own WT server, serving other client nodes and see the sync status with them. On the main page or in a dedicated widget to have like a monitor of WT client and WT server.

Notes

Right now we have no tools to monitor these WT. So users do not check the sync of their WT but thinking that is all OK (and is not).
