[Feature request] Display the block height in channel closure process

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, is not a real problem. Just is more like UX improvement. When user close a channel, it doesn't offer more details about when funds will be really available. Some noobs, checking the tx linked in the description, will see that is confirmed and think that the funds should be already available. But are not until the lock time is over.

Describe the solution you'd like In the close channel pending screen, add the block height when funds will be released. Maybe next to it, show the actual block height, so will be easier for the user to calculate the time.
