Routing txs report display wrong number

Describe the problem/bug In "forwards" menu, main default report of number of forwards it displays wrong number and also is changing every day.

Your environment

• Version of ThunderHub:0.12.31
• Deployment method: Umbrel 0.4.11

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just looking/counting forwards txs number, each day. I even write them down, creating my own listing, in excel.
2. Corroborate with RTL for each day, only confirmed txs (cleared HTLCs).
3. Go to forwards - top graph, by number of txs, each day
4. Go to RTL - reports - check each day total number of routed txs
5. Next day check the same reports. Numbers / day are not the same in TH. In RTL it is.

Expected behavior To have same number in TH and RTL and also to stay the same for previous days.

Actual behavior Report shows every day different numbers

Additional comments Maybe this is related with previous issue #381 and is taking in consideration only failed routes, not updating the OK routes.
