[Feature request] Show required fee during a failed rebalance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Rebalancing sometimes fails due to "rebalance fee too high". It's not possible to see what the required rebalancing fee is ithout having access to the server logs.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be ideal to see the required fee as part of the error message in the UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered A new section in the UI where a list of previous errors (with more context) can be reviewed.

Provide examples Current message: RebalanceFeeTooHigh Requested message: RebalanceFeeTooHigh (MaxFee: 11, MaxRate:80)

Additional context I don't have access to server logs so can't verify that the required rebalance fee is available at backend but I assume so.
