[Feature request] Add notice icon for new chat

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. You have a new chat message in TH. But there's no alert or nothing to be noticed

Describe the solution you'd like When you login in TH, to have a simple widget on the home page (like the other features) that will notice the user about new chat messages.

This chat function is underestimated in TH and in LN in general.
