Report on overall channel profitability versus opening and closing fees

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would love to know how much I spent on opening channels versus how much I made on those channels.

Describe the solution you'd like

in addition to allowing me to see a report how much I've earned in fees, I'd LOVE to be able to see a page summarizing how much I've spent in channel opening fees, both total and broken down by channel. Possible?
