When close a channel pending counts show zero

When you close a channel, the pending channels button is viewing that the value is zero but is nor correct because the pending channel is there.

• Version of ThunderHub:
• Deployment method:
• Other relevant environment details: testnet environment 0.12.2 installed via NPM

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: close an open channel, refresh the web page and go to the pending channel button, see that is zero but you can view the pending close channel.
