rover composition should use the federation pipeline track from studio if not specified otherwise

If not specified, rover composition uses the latest fed2 version for composition. When used with --graph-ref, we should use the version of federation specified by the graph-ref's studio variant to perform composition.

It looks like this was fixed with 0.26.2?
