[Feature Request] Ability to provision personal keys with limited permissions

I would like the ability to provision personal keys with more restrictive permissions than what my role may have access too. Today, I usually provision a key when I need one, perform a task, and immediately delete that key to avoid any risk from having a key with destructive permissions sitting in my local machine. Some of these tasks are destructive, so the workflow makes sense. But other times, all I actually need to do is be able to fetch schemas, and it would be really convenient if I could keep a consistently-configured read-only key set up on my machine.

Thanks for the request. We are going to be looking at some new scoping features early next year, and something along these lines is likely part of that.
