Listen history is being duplicated

Describe the bug

I have noted that as playback continues in a session, Otter will eventually start duplicating submissions to Funkwhale for listening history. This can sometimes result in the same song being listed 5 times in the listening history for just a single play.

How to reproduce

1. Play any radio and leave the app in the background
2. Use other apps whilst playback is in progress
3. Maybe allow the phone to sleep a few times too during playback
4. Check back on Otter
5. Check listening history on Funkwhale front page.

These steps are not a confirmed method of reproducing the issue, they are just a guideline based on the actions I had taken when I noted this peculiarity.

Expected behavior

App should only submit 1 listen unless the song is restarted.
