This makefile template needs to be updated to support Teensy 4.0

I forked this repo this evening to do this. If you have a recent version of the arm-none-eabi-gcc compiler installed it should work fine (I have version 9.2.1, but was having trouble getting it to work with version 4.8.4) https://github.com/rej696/teensy4-template. Hope thats helpful (if not a few years late :P)
