]UpdateTatin should allow to update to a specific version

Even if that means to go back to an older version.

This is the only escape route in case the user has updated the original version her installation came with to the latest version available on GitHub.

There might be versions available between these two, and the user might want to go back to one of them for some reason. Currently this cannot be achieved.
