Implement ]Tatin.Copy

The purpose is to copy a Registry as a whole.

This can be used to get around the fact that the principal Tatin server https://tatin.dev might not be available due to company policies/restrictions.

It might by better to name it ]Tatin.Sync (or ]Tatin.SyncRegistries)
