Worked.. but did not change the left pane for some reason
Nicely done. Rather than use PHP, I just went in and created the files and replaced my sqlyog.ini. I checked over the code a few times and it looks like I changed all the records. I also added the theme file and have that active. Did I maybe miss something?

You must completely close all the tabs. Apply a theme. Re-open the tab connections.
Similar issue but, only with table data in grid view. Assuming this is intentional?
And many thanks for the theme. Far easier on my eyes.
I had configured different background colors depending on the environment of the database (e.g., production, stage, ...). Just be aware that those colors are changed when you run this script. Besides this cave-at, it is a great script!
