I'm working on a very similar project to you called Fern. We are also building an OpenAPI alternative that makes it easy to generate idiomatic SDKs for REST APIs and we are open-source too.

Hi @dsinghvi, sorry for the extreme late reply, we are currently trying to evolve and extend the TypeAPI specification, specification work is of course a little bit slower then working on an actual product. I will close this issue for now since I guess, that you have developed a custom format and there would be currently no need to move to a different specification like TypeAPI. Maybe in the future, in case TypeAPI gains more momentum, we have an option to build actual a new standard specification to describe REST APIs for code generation which could be used by many different services like Fern, Liblab, Stainless or also our own SDKgen service. But I think there is currently more groundwork todo, I will come back to you once we are closer to this goal.
