User story

As an API owner, I want to create API documents so that they can be viewed in APInf for my API As an API owner, I want to edit API documents I have uploaded to APInf so that I can keep them up to date

Goal

Integration of OpenAPI designer and OpenAPI space (backend storage) with APInf.
