BUG items are not visible as expected

how to repro: have 2 invisibel APIs, make one visible, try to add to settings->branding->showcase APIs.

result: api not added, when navigating to home screen or some other

Most probably there is a non-functional proxy connected on the API in question. It gives same kind of symptoms. After removing proxy connection the functionality is OK (no delays)
