Next: Responsiveness in API profile tabs doesn't work

reproduction step

1. Go to API profile
2. take a look at the tabs
3. shrink the browser size. (until tab menus start to get grouped on the right side)
4. expand the browser (by clicking the expand button)

Result: Although the browser takes the full size of the screen, the grouped menus don't get ungrouped immediately. Page refresh is regular. http://recordit.co/znv8LIYxde

Expectations: Tab menus should retain their responsiveness according to the screen size.

Environment: localhost browser: chrome OS: MacBook Air, Windows PC
