UI: Test whether text styles have been unified in NEXT

There are help texts aiding user to fill input fields in several places through APInf pages.

However, the appearance of those help texts vary.

Similar look and feel in help texts would help user in using APInf application.

Following example is from Organization settings. If text style italic were applied here, the help texts would stand out better.

Same style should be applied to help texts all over the application in order to give user more familiar experience.
