UI: API-proxy API key requirement clarification

When an API is connected to a Proxy, as an advanced setting it is possible to disable API key requirement, i.e. allow API user to call API without including API key header in request. The setting is done with a tick box. There is a label on the side of tick box and then there is a descriptive text below the tick box.

Problem

The title of box is not clear.

Solution

Replace the tick box title with the description text, because it describes the meaning of the setting more clearly.

How about turning the tick box into a button? Something like this:

It can be a tick box or a button. Main issue is, that user understands, what is done and what are consequences.
