Problem with access key

Hello there! I have a problem with the creating a new account on Mailboxlayer. When I try to create a new acc on Mailboxlayer I do not recieve a confirmation e-mail and I am being redirected to apilayer platform. If I log in apilayer acc and use API Keys from it, it dosn't work for me. There seems to be an issue with the connection between Mailboxlayer and apilayer. Can you please help?
