page url with parameters

#Suppose the url to the pdf has some get variables/parameters, how do I add that to html2pdf.it For instance, the url is $URL = http://www.example.com/content4?start=pg1&end=pg8 If I do this http://html2pdf.it?url=$URL, the start and end variables are added to the http://html2pdf.it url. So how would I go about passing the URL to the pdf it the url has these values.
