PSC_Ingress_module is missing. Please add it to the module

Hi @infykart, thanks for opening this issue. It would be nice to get some more details around the requirements.

There is already a module for PSC Northbound L7 XLB. The supporting end-to-end sample can be foundhere. Please let me know in case you are looking for anything additional to this.
