Theming SmartDocs in Kickstart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. One of the feedbacks during demo of "try it now" feature was to ensure that user experience is consistent with rest of the portal. Currently apidocs page appears a little out of place and hence theming efforts are needed to make it consistent with rest of the portal.

The "try it now" functionality is not yet ready. This issue is blocked by apigee/apigee-api-catalog-drupal#29.

"Try it now" functionality is now available. Since the SmartDocs OpenAPI spec renderer is a separate application written in Angular, I believe we will need to create an example stylesheet to help users target the proper CSS in that app.
