Enhance API Explorer with Google Analytics

Using Google Analytics Events you can add visibility to the API Providers on how their API consumers are interacting with the API Documentation.

They can run metrics on % of Developers who actually use the Try Out. Which APIs within the API Explorer do they actually interact with. % of Developers who get 200 responses vs non-200 responses from the Try it Out.

This is all meaningful information that the Site owners can use to improve their API Portal experiences.

This change has to be made in upstream- SmartDocs code. Will check with the team.
