Bring playwright utilities in sync with puppeteer ones where it makes sense

Describe the feature There are a bunch of puppeteer utilities that aren't present for playwright users. We should bring them in sync as much as possible

Motivation Consistency between the modules

Constraints None that I could think off

@barjin could look into this when he gets tired of fingerprint-suite issues :] not a huge priority, can happen one by one over time
