Mobile menu - wrong padding & dark mode switch

Let's remove it from the expanded left menu - it's always available in the navbar

well, it's in there for mobile version, where you don't see it in the navbar, so we cant just remove it.

FWIW, with resolutions with >=375 width it looks good, i guess most of the today's devices have at least that?

we can surely just hide it on smaller screens, its not that important feature. or move this via CSS a bit downwards
