Cover the most important topics and what people ask on support. Here are few ideas for titles of KB articles, but please let's add more:

• Estimating and measuring platform usage
• Changing subscription plan (explain how proration works)
• Changing billing cycle (discuss how to change billing cycle info, link info about to change plan)
• Monthly vs. annual subscription plans (explain the discount and usage credits)
• Measuring data transfer
