When running Actor locally it is unable to detect python

Having the same issue.
Python is installed through windows store under C:\Users[myuserhere]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.13_qbz5n2kfra8p0
started building off my-actor template for crew ai
Python was added to path, both by windows and by myself manually
attempted to install python from their own installer, and in the default installation folder, still not found
Can you run npx which python -a please and report the paths here? 🙏
