When running Actor locally it is unable to detect python

I'll be closing this for now, as there's been no activity and we've changed how we detect runtimes in CLI. If you can reproduce this bug, please follow up and we'll reopen the issue!
Having the same issue.
Python is installed through windows store under C:\Users[myuserhere]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.13_qbz5n2kfra8p0
started building off my-actor template for crew ai
Python was added to path, both by windows and by myself manually
attempted to install python from their own installer, and in the default installation folder, still not found
Huh...and if you open a fresh instance of cmd or powershell, python works?
