Mainnet support

Someone mentioned that the library is not working with StarkNet mainnet. We should investigate and fix this.

I realized it's possible to change the default provider in <StarknetConfig>, so mainnet is supported.

Waiting for someone to confirm it's working on mainnet before closing.

Projects are now using starknet react on mainnet so it's confirmed working.
