Version number mismatch?

The release version (0.6.1) does not match the version number in the file (0.3). Is this intentional?

Would you like to submit a PR to remove the _VERSION? https://github.com/api7/lua-resty-ipmatcher/blob/7fbb618f7221b1af1451027d3c64e51f3182761c/resty/ipmatcher.lua#L37 This field is no longer useful.
