Are there only services and tools in here that use one of the specs? Or is it wider?

I keep struggling with the line between how wide we cast this net. I want to only showcase services and tooling that support the specification, but I also want to push the adoption of them. So I think I will lean towards defining the entire API space here, but then rank them based upon the scope of their adoption of API specifications.
