Syntax-aware alternative to proselint

proselint is not syntax aware. This leads to many false positives.

We might want to switch to something that understands syntax, such as https://github.com/errata-ai/vale

Hmm... Unfortunately vale doesn't seem to catch the same problems. I guess their proselint style doesn't match exactly with proselint's own checks.
