Instructions/explanation on specifying configure options

Support for this was introduced in: https://github.com/aphecetche/asdf-tmux/commit/eb8deee3db212dc48fba01cd93f093a011bc0a5d

However, there is no documentation or any guidance on how to use this.

used this to install latest version on mac os

TMUX_EXTRA_CONFIGURE_OPTIONS='--disable-utf8proc' asdf install tmux 3.3a
