Handle browsers in ~/Applications

Seems like browsers I install to ~/Applications are not handled correctly. They don't show up in the browsers list, and the menubar icon has a "!" when that's the last browser I used or it's set as the default browser (not totally sure).

Yeah tested moving that browser to /Applications and DB seems to work fine now, so this is a valid issue.

Odd, i'm still seeing the "!".
