Mixed/Combo charts (line and column) unable to pan after zooming to end of the chart

If you have a mixed line and column chart and if you zoom the chart, from some point to the end or beginning of the chart, you won't be able to pan after the zooming.

To reproduce the problem go to the official demo for combo chart, zoom from one point to the end of the cart and you will see that pan do nothing.
