any way to hideOverlappingLabels on xaxis type category ?

Hi, I'm trying to get an candlestick chart. When I'm using xaxis type: 'datetime' I'm getting spaces on weekends which I don't want When I'm using category it works fine but a year worth of data end up overlapping. Is there any way to use the best of both ? Non overlapping / no weekends
