Swift support

Not feeling up to the 4.5gb xcode right now hahah, but it would be great to support!

When I was experimenting with swift on linux I was using just the swift compiler and my editor. Not sure if that is a possibility on macos.

This would be super slick for swift/vapour and it looks like they have a community runtime for lambda now although with up’s proxy I don’t think it’s needed? https://github.com/vapor-community/vapor-aws-lambda-runtime

I might take a swing at giving vapour a go with up in the new year as I have a couple projects it would be handy for.

Any binary shouldddd be ok, I haven't tried Swift though, but basically any binary running on the PORT env var
