I don't need it for now, but could easily step through the git tags and generate all the versions.

Don't really have the time to maintain this stuff, but ideally everyone isn't using my apex theme :D haha

Currently only the top level is generated. Could generate on the client easily or via https://github.com/PuerkitoBio/goquery after the markdown is generated, or from the markdown itself but goquery is robust.
