Dont allow multiple votes
As is currently one person can vote perhaps endlessly for whatever options whatever amount of times skweing any results and rigging the poll results.
One example is Ive voted several times on any options on your readme poll and also found this issue while voting there.-> https://github.com/StylishThemes/GitHub-Dark/issues/612
It makes no sense logically to allow the poll to be corrupted hat easily.
I initially thought I observed this in a poll a month or two ago, but after testing today I see that I can vote once per option from a certain IP. This is somewhat unexpected, but confirmed in #40. Perhaps I had confused this behavior with allowing multiple votes on a particular option, which is apparently not allowed. Might that be the case @the-j0k3r?

If you check that out you will see what I mean, endless voting from 1 IP in any of the options.
I can only vote once per option on any poll I have setup. However I can vote multiple times from separate browsers. This is also an issue when voting from different IP's. So I can just keep flipping VPN endpoints and I can keep voting the same answer multiple times.

No need for any of that here, just refresh page and vote, rinse and repeat.
I can vote as many times as I want for multiple options and it records them all.
