why up action defaults to --no-build ?

Can this field be configurable ? And how I can do if I need to run the build hooks ?

The original intention of --no-build was that you'd build in another step which has your version of Node/Go in the container. I don't remember off-hand if GH Actions share anything other than a volume, maybe it wouldn't be a big problem not I'm not sure

Maybe I can have a try with the only deploy version . My buildings are inside up.json (hooks.build) and I am not sure it still works if I move it to my GH Actions XD
