Deploy to Salesforce button not working

Hi,

I just wanted to point out that the 'Deploy to Salesforce' doesn't work due to the lack of parameters in the link. Currently, the URL in the link is: https://githubsfdeploy.herokuapp.com/ While it should be: https://githubsfdeploy.herokuapp.com/?owner=financialforcedev&repo=fflib-apex-common
